So I took 2 magnet strips and since they came with an adhesive I just sticked them to the back of the notepad. My Meal Plan notepad also needed a magnet, so that I could attach it to the fridge and be able to look at it any time I’m on the kitchen. I didn’t add a pen holder to my Notes notepad because I have all the pens on my desk, but the Meal Plan notepad was going to be on my fridge door, so it was convenient to have a pen with it all the time. This could also be done with a strip of fabric or a piece of elastic. If you wish to add a pen holder, you can make a really easy one by just folding a strip of paper, without creasing it, and gluing it to the back of the notepad. The first notepad is finished! For the second one, I will add a few more things: It’s very important that you let the glue dry completely before handling the notepad! The pages won’t fall out, and you can rip them easily. You can add a second coat of glue if you want, but I don’t find it necessary. I used my finger to apply it, but you can use a brush instead if you prefer. If you want, you could instead glue the side or the bottom, depending on what your plan for the notepad is. Then I applied glue to the top part of the notepad. I held all the pages together with my clips, along with the cardboard backing. You can buy thin cardboard or just use an empty cereal box, whichever is easier for you. I then cut a piece of cardboard the same size as my pages. I prefer using a craft knife instead of scissors because I find that it makes it easier to cut more pages at once, so the process becomes a lot quicker! This playful design is great for home, work, school or office.
